Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate to manage onboarding paperwork and compliance for contractor placements. You will handle forms, drug tests, background checks, and E-Verify while ensuring accurate data in the Candidate Tracker and keeping contractors cleared to start.

You will also provide outstanding front office customer service, organize supplies, and maintain office records. Bachelor’s degree and customer-focused experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Support onboarding, forms and policies with Compliance.
• Handle background checks, drug tests and medical screening.
• Ensure E-Verify compliance and document accuracy.
• Provide frontline customer service at the front desk and by phone.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding packets and client requirements for contractors.
• Enter and track background, drug testing and medical screening data.
• Maintain contractor compliance and up-to-date documents.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction.
• Organize office supplies, mailings, and office directory.
