Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of employment law and labor regulations (FMLA/OSHA).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for onboarding projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data reporting.
• Experience with HR systems and ATS onboarding modules.
• Excellent communication with new hires and managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding processes, ensure new hire paperwork completion and proper I-9 verification.
• Verify background checks and work authorization details with vendors.
• Conduct remote or in-person I-9 verifications and maintain documents securely.
• Assist with employee orientation and onboarding program administration.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries and departmental needs.
