Job summary

Elevate Human Capital is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to support the pre-employment and new-hire onboarding process in the south Houston, TX area. The role involves coordinating pre-employment requirements, maintaining onboarding documentation, and ensuring new hires are cleared for their first day.

The ideal candidate will manage I-9 / E-Verify, background checks, and onboarding forms while keeping accurate records and communicating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience with pre-employment onboarding processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with I-9, E-Verify and background checks is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate onboarding records and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug screenings).
• Review background check statuses and follow up on outstanding items.
• Complete Form I-9 and process E-Verify cases.
• Review new-hire onboarding documentation for accuracy.
