Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Associate to act as the front-line contact for receiving and processing samples for timely analysis.

You will coordinate with client management and lab teams to ensure accurate, efficient handling of projects and effective communication with clients. The role emphasizes high client interaction, data entry and organization, and relaying technical information to non-technical stakeholders while coordinating across departments to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Environmental Testing Laboratory Experience is strongly desired.
• Client service or QA experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with lab staff and non-technical individuals.
• Ability to troubleshoot, delegate tasks and work with others to solve problems.
• Familiarity with FDA, EPA regulatory testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and liaise between client, account management, and lab staff.
• Coordinate client projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Receive and process samples, triage by analysis requirements.
• Store and organize all samples and maintain sample retention.
• Coordinate communications between internal departments and clients.
• Monitor project progress and assign tasks as needed.
• Communicate technical data to leadership and clients.
• Suggest new service possibilities based on client needs.
