Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Customer Relationship Coordinator in Sterling, VA to deliver world class CX to Tier III clients, support CR and operations, and assist in onboarding and reporting.

Ideal candidates bring broad customer service experience, strong communication, and basic lab knowledge; a bachelor’s in sciences is preferred or equivalent experience; familiarity with CRMs and lab systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven experience in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic problem-solving abilities.
• General technical industry knowledge evident by terminology and instrumentation.
• General understanding of EPA and/or FDA/USDA regulatory standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance client experience through proactive, professional service.
• Perform admin duties: calls, emailing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
• Maintain professional contact with Tier III clients.
• Prepare and review reports and informational materials.
• Coordinate onboarding and account setup in CRMs/LIMS systems.
• Review COA and invoices with customers during onboarding.
• Answer inquiries, provide results, and follow up with solutions.
• Document interactions in the CRM system and transfer leads appropriately.
• Collaborate with technical staff to address client needs.
• Assist sales with quotes and travel less than 20%.
