Cribl is seeking an Onboarding Program Owner to architect and scale onboarding for regional sales managers, SEs, and customer success engineers in a B2B SaaS environment. You will blend instructional design, facilitation, and AI-driven roleplay to accelerate ramp time and drive revenue impact.

Day-to-day will include designing role-based journeys, coordinating quarterly bootcamps, and partnering with RevOps to measure ramp velocity and pipeline progress.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.
• Hands-on instructional designer and engaging facilitator with dynamic curricula.
• Fluent in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to link enablement milestones to ARR growth.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, scale, and elevate end-to-end onboarding across sales and technical roles.
• Plan and run ~5 bootcamps per year with executive SMEs and practical exercises.
• Develop AI-driven roleplay, knowledge checks, and certification milestones.
• Design post-onboarding baselines and 1:1 coaching tools for leaders.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to tie milestones to ramp velocity and ARR.
