Job summary

Human Interest is hiring a Director of Sales Activation to drive efficiency and velocity in onboarding. You will lead a high-performing team within the Revenue Organization and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for small and medium-sized businesses.

You will focus on automation, scalable processes, and data-driven improvements to exceed performance metrics in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

13+ years total experience with 5+ years in management in sales, customer implementation or related disciplines in a SaaS environment.
Demonstrated success with high-volume metrics and meeting/exceeding monthly quotas.
Experience evolving and optimizing people, processes, and tools.

Responsibilities

Identify trends and strategies to improve onboarding timeline and experience.
Coach SAMs to improve onboarding quality and launch rates.
Assist in leading onboarding support functions including setup, payroll connectivity, program management, QA, and conversion onboarding.
Strategize scalable processes to drive higher volume of launched plans.
Collaborate with Product and Integration teams to automate onboarding and reduce manual work.
