Job summary

Sunbit, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Coordinator, Dental to join the Dental Onboarding team.

You will manage onboarding for dental practice locations across the US, establishing relationships and setting up accounts for activations and a successful first 30 days to promote maximum usage. The role requires strong communication, organization, and collaboration with Account Managers to drive product usage and hit growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for dental practice locations across the US.
• Support Account Managers with day-to-day coordination of operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with accounts to drive usage and growth.
• Monitor operations to meet goals and expectations consistently.
• Serve as liaison between accounts and Account Managers for service delivery.
• Coordinate project tasks to keep deliverables on track.
• Ensure operations comply with company standards and procedures.
• Identify and resolve issues in the operations process quickly.
