Dandy is transforming the dental industry with technology that modernizes every function of a dental practice. We’re hiring Launch Trainers to onboard and coach dental practices through virtual and in-person sessions, guiding them to adopt scanning and digital workflows effectively.

The role combines teaching, hands-on coaching, and change management to ensure early adoption and long-term success, with travel up to 20% to in-practice trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience training on digital dental platforms (iTero or Trios preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Excellent teaching and facilitation skills; able to simplify technical concepts.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong virtual presentation skills.
• Customer-first mindset; empathetic and able to build trust remotely.
• Highly organized with a track record of owning outcomes.
• Quick learner, tech-savvy and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple trainings and follow-ups with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead new practices through onboarding, helping them ramp up quickly.
• Deliver engaging training sessions virtually and on‑site.
• Demonstrate best practices in scanning and digital workflows with hands‑on coaching.
• Build credibility and clinical trust to drive early adoption.
• Own each launch and ensure milestones are met from day one.
• Coach post-launch, refine workflows, and overcome adoption barriers.
• Monitor scan quality and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to improve the journey.
• Recognize early wins and celebrate progress to boost momentum.
