Dandy is seeking a Training Team Lead to supervise frontline Trainers, elevating onboarding for new customers. You will lead, coach, and optimize processes to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, with up to 20% travel for in-practice learning and Trainer support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or tech.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience as a titled manager, leading small teams in a dynamic business setting.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team, driving measurable performance improvements.
• A hands-on problem solver with a passion for customer success and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-velocity environments with a proactive and resourceful approach.
• Intellectual curiosity and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of Trainers responsible for delivering an onboarding experience to customers.
• Host regular 1:1s to review performance metrics (KPIs) and support team members' growth.
• Build and implement a QA strategy to audit performance and drive improvement.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment focused on customer success and operational excellence.
• Develop enablement strategies to enhance trainer skills, knowledge, and performance.
