Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Manage 8–10 projects concurrently with homes priced up to $525–625k.
• 4+ years of proven operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong team-building and excellent communication with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear, proactive communication with clients and subcontractors.
• Oversee site management from design/pre-con through subcontractor selection, contracts, safety, and schedule through c/o.
• Ensure budget and schedule targets are met while upholding construction quality.
