Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for new custom-home construction in Monroe/Charlotte, NC.

The role involves overseeing design through construction, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, and maintaining schedule and budget to deliver quality homes. Candidates should have a 4+ year track record in residential construction, experience managing 8–10 projects concurrently, and proven leadership in new construction.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably On-Your-Lot or scattered lot building.
• Managing multiple projects (8-10) at one time with average home prices up to $525-625k.
• 4+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership in New Construction.
• Strong team-building and excellent communication with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design to c/o, subcontractor selection, contracts, safety and scheduling.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while monitoring quality of construction.
