Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Project Manager - Superintendent for new custom-home construction in Monroe/Charlotte, NC. You will oversee on-site operations from design and pre-construction through subcontractor selection, contracts, and scheduling, ensuring safety and quality while guiding budget and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in residential construction, experience managing 8–10 projects concurrently, and strong leadership and communication with customers and crew.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (On-Your-Lot or scattered lot preferred).
• Manage 8–10 projects concurrently with homes up to $525–625k (avg).
• 4+ years proven operations & project leadership in New Construction.
• Strong team-building and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Site management from design/pre-con through contracts, safety, and scheduling to CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while monitoring construction quality.
