• Experience in residential construction, including on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Proven ability to manage 8–10 projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication with customers and owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan, schedule, and manage site work from design through CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining build quality.
