Job summary

Calqulate is seeking an onsite Project Manager – Superintendent for new custom-home construction across Monroe and Charlotte, NC. You will plan and schedule subcontractors, coordinate design/pre-con, and manage from contract to final occupancy.

Candidates should have residential construction experience, ideally in on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds, and a proven track record of leading 8–10 projects concurrently, with home values around $525k–$625k.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Proven ability to manage 8–10 projects concurrently.
• 4+ years of operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong team-building and communication with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage site activities from design/pre-con through contracts to scheduling and safety.
• Keep budget and schedule targets while maintaining construction quality.
