Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and prepare engaging presentations as needed.
• Conduct site walk-throughs to identify maintenance, safety, or experience issues.
• Coordinate dining, activities, and events to create seamless experiences.
• Manage janitorial and maintenance tasks and onboarding support for new employees.
• Respond to inquiries with a customer-first mindset and resolve concerns.
