Job summary

CBRE Lead Workplace Experience Coordinator delivers world-class customer service to employees and visitors in a designated building. You’ll manage on-site events, space setup, furniture configuration, signage, and post-event resets to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

Responsibilities include organizing conference rooms and shared spaces, coordinating internal moves and seating changes with vendors, handling workplace requests, monitoring procurement and safety protocols, and coaching

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular floor walks to provide a welcoming presence and support employee needs.
• Oversee office supply inventory and procurement, monitoring stock levels and coordinating orders.
• Coordinate and execute on-site events across the campus including space setup and decor, ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
• Organize, prepare, and reset conference rooms and shared spaces to align with client standards.
• Adhere to safety, security, and emergency protocols and serve as a designated EHS Hero.
• Manage soft-services facilities requests and coordinate moves, seating changes, and floor audits.
• Coordinate internal moves and seating changes with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Act as primary contact for Workplace Experience requests submitted via internal ticketing systems.
• Create customized client materials following brand guidelines.
• Lead by example, coach coordinators, and ensure alignment to standards and service expectations.
• Lead the Workplace Experience Coordinator team in logistics and service delivery for client initiatives and events.
• Resolve complex operational challenges and provide clear solutions to leadership.
