Job summary

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all entrants; issue passes and follow security protocols.
• Answer calls professionally; create presentations and speak to groups.
• Arrange recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
• Coordinate janitorial, maintenance work orders and workplace services.
• Acknowledge inquiries and provide professional, service-driven solutions.
• Organize on-site events: secure space, set up, tear down, deliver supplies.
• Follow security procedures and coordinate with vendors and emergency contacts.
• Explain information clearly; follow directions and established procedures.
