NTT DATA seeks a Desktop Support Technician in Indianapolis, Indiana to provide on-site integration, maintenance, and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals for local clients. You will troubleshoot, install, and configure systems while delivering strong customer service and meeting client SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years desktop/technical support experience.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Execute service delivery (IMAC, Break Fix, Desk Side Support) per policy.
• Coordinate with end users on expectations and availability.
• Troubleshoot, replace parts, upgrade systems and perform deployments.
• Ensure client SLAs and customer satisfaction.
