NTT DATA seeks a Desktop support-Windows operating system professional to join our on-site team in Warren, Ohio. This full-time role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, while ensuring SLA adherence and timely end-user communication.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in desktops support and strong Windows OS knowledge; undergraduate coursework is preferred, with A+ or equivalent certifications highly valued. Local candidates only.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ desktop or deskside experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Solid client service skills.
• A+ certification or equivalent highly preferred.
• Travel will be minimal and on an exception basis only.

Aufgaben

• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and other devices.
• Perform general preventative maintenance on devices.
• Diagnose and resolve software, OS, and network issues.
• Interact with end users to identify IT issues and explain resolutions.
• Respond to end user inquiries promptly while maintaining SLA adherence.
• Manage daily incident/requests queue in ITSM tool with proper notes.
