Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments and OS troubleshooting.
• Experience diagnosing hardware issues and performing replacements.
• Basic LAN networking understanding and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose printer and peripheral problems on-site.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for on-site visits.
• Capable of working independently in field support scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support at the client location.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals to resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software in enterprise env.
• Address network connectivity issues and LAN troubleshooting as needed.
• Assist with device setup, replacements, and hardware installations.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the delivery team.
• Follow client policies and security procedures during tasks.
