Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Windows desktop environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, printers and peripherals.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, switches, routers) and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for on-site support.
• Ability to work independently in on-site support environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktops, laptops, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, OS and enterprise software.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup and hardware installations.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures during onsite tasks.
