Axiom Technologies is seeking an on-site Desktop Support Engineer to provide first- and second-level IT support at the client location in Lansdale, PA. The role requires triaging tickets, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely service delivery.

You will troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers, install hardware and software, and assist with network issues. Strong communication and independent work are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN connectivity, switches, routers).
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing on-site tasks.
