Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Affordable Housing Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and finances, and ensure compliance with safety and Fair Housing guidelines.

The role requires experience with affordable housing programs and on-site leadership. Responsibilities include budgeting, leasing strategies, staff development, and coordination with regional management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community under supervision.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, finances, administration and risk management.
• Lead on-site staff: screen, hire, train, coach and develop staff.
• Develop annual operating budgets/forecasts and monitor revenues/expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and Fair Housing guidelines.
