Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration under the Regional Manager, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

You’ll develop yearly operating budgets, monitor rent collection and vendor invoices, and lead an on-site emergency team. Strong leadership, customer service, and housing industry knowledge are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the entire operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor deposits and rent collections.
• Monitor vendor invoices and ensure on-time reporting and compliance with policies.
• Lead the emergency response for the property and ensure safety and fair housing compliance.
• Promote resident satisfaction, retention programs, and effective leasing strategies.
