Asset Living is seeking a proactive Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, staff, and financial administration while ensuring policy compliance, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring experience in affordable housing programs or CAM/ARM designations, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering high resident satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• CAM or ARM certifications are preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
