Canon U.S.A., Inc. is hiring for a full-time on-site role focused on fast and accurate mail, courier, and shipping/receiving operations. The position emphasizes customer service, cross-location flexibility, and adherence to client policies including security clearances.

Training and coverage across site functions are expected as needed. The role includes lifting up to 50 lbs, potential driving between client locations, and optional OT.

Formación

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work OT as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
• May require driving between multiple client locations, may also require a personal vehicle (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.

Responsabilidades

• Inform supervisor promptly of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
• Provide strong customer service.
• Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
• Cover various site operations such as Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, and File Room/Records (based on location).
• Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure coverage when short-staffed.
• Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client and/or division needs.
• Responsible for prompt and accurate receiving, sorting, delivery, pick up, and processing of all courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines and all classes of US mail.
• Tracks courier and accountable items; researches and routes unidentified mail; logs, delivers and tracks messenger items.
• Shipping/receiving duties: counts pieces, maintains records, secures signatures, operates equipment, and performs data entry.
