Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a full-time, on-site support associate in New York to deliver prompt customer service across shipping/receiving, mail, device maintenance, and reception. You will ensure satisfaction, assist end-users, and help maintain site procedures while covering multiple functions as needed.

You should have a HS diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. OT may be required, with the possibility of driving between client locations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge required.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to obtain security/clearances as required by customers.
• May require driving between client locations with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Responds to management and client requests via email, phone, text and in person.
• Provide high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the Site Procedure Guide and ensure account processes are documented.
• Perform duties across location-based functions (Copy/Print, Mail, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Device Maintenance, etc.).
• Attend cross-functional trainings and cover shifts as needed.
• Site responsibility and coverage may change based on client needs.
