Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Lead - Structured Cabling to act as the on-site coordinator and supervisor of several Crew Leads for voice and data installation projects. You will ensure job completion according to safety and quality requirements while maintaining staff efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading crews, conducting weekly safety meetings, coordinating with the Project Manager, and completing project paperwork, cut sheets, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project crews in structured cabling environments.
• Ability to train staff and enforce safety and quality guidelines.
• Proven track record coordinating with project management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead major structured cabling crews to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and customer requirements.
• Provide training and escalation to the Project Manager as needed.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to meet productivity and budget targets.
• Complete on-site paperwork, drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Serve as main on-site contact for customers and attend meetings.
