IES is seeking a Crew Lead - Structured Cabling to act as on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for voice and data installations. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency, leading crews and ensuring project completion per client and company standards.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager, complete all required paperwork, perform quality checks, and serve as the primary on-site contact with customers. Strong supervisory and technical skills are essential.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Minimum three years of electrician or related technical field experience.
• Ability to terminate fiber and interpret project documents.
• At least six months supervisory/managerial experience required.
• Proficient with the listed tools and Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Lead major project crews and provide necessary training.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for productivity and budget compliance.
• Accurately complete project paperwork (timesheets, work orders, change orders).
• Perform quality checks and prepare red-lined as-built drawings.
• Serve as main on-site customer contact; attend meetings as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; perform other duties as assigned.
