Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high-volume copying, production, and mail equipment at customer sites. You will perform copier maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and setup tasks, with occasional receptionist duties and light building support.

The role may require travel between customer locations, overtime nights/weekends, and strong customer communication. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years related experience, plus MS Office

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver’s license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Runs high-volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and elevate calls to technicians.
• Performs setup of equipment as prescribed by the customer (toner add, stocks paper, etc).
• Performs duties of scanning and/or imaging documents.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.
• Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer.
• Delivers completed jobs to pre-determined customer locations within and outside of the site.
