Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer calls for service and coordinate daily with technicians.
• Ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance and align with forecasts.
• Debrief technicians daily and coordinate with billing/support to advance jobs.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information in NxGen.
• Attend daily huddles and weekly scheduling meetings, and assist with time/expense reporting.
