Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple service operations and/or scheduling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service and coordinate with technicians.
• Ensure timely preventative maintenance and align with monthly forecasts.
• Debrief technicians daily and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer account information in the system.
