Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator on site to receive and schedule service calls, manage technician workloads, and ensure timely preventive maintenance. You will debrief daily with field staff and coordinate with billing and support to move completed jobs through the process.

Under supervision by the Area Resource Manager, you will communicate plans to customers, track time and expenses, and maintain accurate job data in NxGen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of service industry experience in managing service operations or scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer service calls; manage technician workload.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to match customer needs and service requirements.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers; ensure work meets expectations.
