Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service under supervision.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with customer needs.
• Ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance and daily debriefs.
• Maintain daily schedules and communicate with technicians to ensure coverage.
• Assist with time and expense reporting and timesheet corrections.
• Attend daily team huddles and weekly planning meetings.
