Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician for the Dallas, TX area to install, configure and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work 100% on-site in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform start-up testing, deliver customer training on product capabilities, and collaborate with R&D, software and quality teams to ensure reliable operation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in related area preferred.
• Experience with mechanical platforms and hand tools is helpful.
• Ability to read technical drawings or diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment onsite.
• Perform start-up testing and customer training.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
• Schedule tasks at customer sites and manage travel arrangements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and document maintenance reports.
