Job summary

Worldwide TechServices, LLC is seeking a Dynamic Server Support specialist to troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, DESK Side Support, ESF, and servers. You will interact with clients to address technical issues promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on hardware knowledge, the ability to travel to client sites, lift equipment up to 50 lbs, and maintain OEM certifications.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or equivalent required, with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria
• Complete administrative tasks for each call
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls
• Follow established policies and guidelines for service delivery
• Control assets and inventory per client agreements
• Report activity accurately and timely
• Understand and follow Safety policies in daily work
• Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs
