Job summary

Worldwide TechServices, LLC is seeking a Dynamic Server Support professional capable of diagnosing and repairing a range of client products. You will troubleshoot desktops, servers, and ESF while engaging directly with clients to address issues promptly.

The role involves providing on-site customer support, meeting SLAs, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. A technical certification and a valid license are required, with potential travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or equivalent required, 0–2 years in tech support.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established service level agreement for each client.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call as documented.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented.
• Follow established policies, guidelines, and documents for each client.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.
• Report all activity in an accurate and timely manner.
• Understand and follow safety policies and guidelines.
• Additional requirements may exist if employment offer is extended.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
