Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within client SLAs.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call.
• Submit real-time reporting of calls per policies.
• Follow established policies for service delivery.
• Manage assets and inventory with prompt parts turnaround.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies and daily guidelines.
• Assume other duties as needed.
