Job summary

Worldwide TechServices, LLC seeks a Dynamic Server Support specialist to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, ESF, and servers. You will interact with clients, handle service calls, and perform tasks from basic to complex repairs while complying with client SLAs and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes customer service, timely reporting, and asset control, with travel to client locations and the possibility of overnight assignments.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Former customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within client SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction targets.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call as policies dictate.
• Document real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Ensure asset/inventory control with parts turnaround as required.
• Report activity accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to safety policies and daily guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
