Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in construction billing or contract administration.
• Experience with AIA billing and construction invoicing.
• Proficiency in Viewpoint ERP and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project contracts from setup through closeout.
• Prepare and submit invoices (AIA, progress, T&M, lump sum, cost-plus).
• Collaborate with Project Managers for accurate billing and reporting.
• Track retainage, lien waivers, and portal submissions.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and assist with collections.
• Leverage ERP systems and AI-enabled tools to improve billing efficiency.
