Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in billing, collections, and accounts receivable, preferably in construction.
• Proficient with SAGE and Salesforce for accounting.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Oversee invoice preparation and timely sending of invoices.
• Use SAGE and Salesforce for accounting and data management.
• Conduct regular accounts reconciliations for accuracy.
• Communicate with internal partners to resolve billing discrepancies.
