Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of accounting experience.
• Construction industry accounting experience preferred.
• Hands-on AIA billing, payroll, and union reporting experience.
• Experience with job costing and construction accounting.
• Sage 300 and construction ERP experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and independent spreadsheet work.

Responsibilities

• Manage AIA billing for commercial construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain lien waivers during billing.
• Process weekly certified payroll for field staff.
• Complete monthly union reporting for multiple labor unions.
• Review, code, and approve vendor invoices.
• Set up new construction projects in the accounting system.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate job costing.
• Assist with month-end close and related accounting tasks.
• Identify process improvements to support growth.
