Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security services on a designated shift at a client site. The role includes coordinating with site supervisors and account managers and guiding officers to deliver quality service.

The supervisor will coach staff, acknowledge performance, and enforce discipline within empowerment guidelines, ensuring client safety and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality security services on a specific shift at the client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range for the team.
• Respond to incidents and alerts and ensure smooth crisis handling and client satisfaction.
