Job summary

Revolution Technologies seeks an on-site School Technician (Tech Support Specialist) to support district IT operations and end-user issues. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems across district facilities and collaborate with the Technology Support Center to resolve incidents.

The role requires the ability to pass FBI background/fingerprinting checks and a drug test, and you will work M-F on-site with reliable transportation. Prior education or experience in IT is valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; two years of related technology experience may substitute for each year of college.
• CompTIA A+ certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and instructional technology issues.
• Manages service requests through the district ticketing system; meets SLA for response and resolution.
• Maintains clear communication with stakeholders and escalates issues as needed.
• Supports deployment and adoption of new technology; guides staff in using district-approved tech.
