Job summary

Questeq is seeking an on-site IT Specialist to support Lower Dauphin School District with desktop and mobile device management. Responsibilities include imaging, software installation, hardware upgrades, and effective ticket resolution in a school environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Active Directory, Microsoft systems, iOS devices, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technically related field preferred.
• Experience providing computer and network support.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Must possess extensive troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

• New computer setup including imaging, software installation, hardware upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Problem identification and resolution with focus on help desk tickets.
• Develop desktop strategies and configuration options to meet customer needs.
• Create and maintain standard workstation images for desktops and laptops.
• Implement patch distribution management (desktop).
• Ensure OS and drivers have latest security updates and BIOS updates.
