Job summary

MRO is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage ROI Specialists at client sites, ensuring compliance with client policies and federal/state regulations. The role coordinates daily scheduling, covers peak periods, and performs quality assurance on ROI activities.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma/GED, 1+ year supervisory experience in acute care, and strong knowledge of HIPAA and Microsoft Office. This on-site position offers opportunities to support client facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma/GED.
• Bachelor’s and/or Associate Degree preferred in Health Information Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/management experience in acute care setting.
• HIPAA privacy information standards knowledge required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Excellence in written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages workflow among on-site employees to optimize productivity and quality.
• Adjusts work assignments to cover peak periods, leaves and vacancies at hospital sites.
• P rovides coverage during backlogs, illness, or staff leave.
• Performs QA monitoring of ROI Specialists’ performance.
• Conducts productivity and performance reviews per policies and law.
• Monitors and provides feedback, and approves PTO schedules for staff.
• Represents MRO with courtesy and respect to patients and staff.
• Supports Area Manager as needed.
