Job summary

MRO is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee ROI Specialists at client sites, ensuring compliant and timely ROI activities across facilities. The role requires HIPAA knowledge, a health information background, and strong leadership within acute care settings.

The position involves managing daily workflows, staff coverage, and performance reviews while maintaining high standards of customer service and collaboration with client management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience in an acute care setting required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications required.

Responsibilities

• Manages workflow among on-site employees to maximize productivity and quality.
• Adjusts work assignments to cover peak periods, leave and vacancies at staffed hospital sites.
• Provides coverage during backlogs, illness, vacation or leave of absence for medical record staff.
• Performs Quality Assurance monitoring of ROI Specialists’ work performance.
• Conducts productivity and performance reviews for ROI Specialists per MRO and customer policies.
• Monitors performance and approves PTO and schedules for all staff.
• Promotes professional courtesy and customer service within the organization.
