Job summary

MRO Corporation seeks an on-site Site Supervisor to manage daily scheduling of ROI Specialists at client sites. You will liaise between MRO and client staff to ensure ROI activities comply with policies and regulations and are completed timely.

The role requires HIPAA knowledge, supervisory experience in health-care settings, and strong MS Office skills. Excellent communication and scheduling management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s and/or Associate degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration or health related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience in acute care setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications required.

Responsibilities

• Manages workflow among on-site employees to ensure productivity and quality.
• Adjusts work assignments to cover peak periods, leave and vacancies at hospital sites.
• Provides coverage in event of backlogs, illness, vacation or leave of absence of medical record staff.
• Performs Quality Assurance monitoring of ROI Specialists' work performance.
• Conducts productivity and performance reviews for ROI Specialists.
• Monitors performance and approves paid time off and schedules for all staff.
• Promotes customer service by treating patients and staff with courtesy and respect.
