Job summary

MRO Corporation is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate the daily scheduling of ROI Specialists at client sites, ensuring compliance with client policies and regulations.

This role liaises between MRO and client management, oversees workflow, QA, and performance reviews, and supports the Area Manager. The position requires a HS diploma, 1 year supervisory experience, HIPAA knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; travel to multiple client facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration or health-related field preferred.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience in acute care setting.
• HIPAA privacy standards knowledge required.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications required.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow among on-site employees to maximize productivity and quality.
• Cover peak periods and vacancies at hospital sites.
• Provide coverage for backlogs, illness, or leave.
• Perform QA monitoring of ROI Specialists.
• Conduct productivity and performance reviews per policies and laws.
• Provide feedback and schedule PTO for staff.
• Promote professional image of MRO and respond to customer needs.
• Support Area Manager as needed.
